Rosa Parks decision, compare it to the story of
Claudette Colvin. What reasons were given for choosing Mrs. Parks? Was this the right decision, or should the boycott leaders have simply chosen Colvin? Do you think Ms. Colvin would have made a good boycott focal point in 1953? Why--or, why not?
